A large plot of prime seafront land is available to purchase. Located at the northern tip of Koh Tao, next to Mango Bay in an area that is totally isolated from other potential development. It includes 120 metres of pristine seafront and is totally private, but accessible by land (road currently in production) - public electricity can be accessed - a pier for docking boats can also be developed.
Coral reefs, sand and large rocks comprise the immediate waterfront. The land is backed by national-reserve forest that can not be developed on! - It curves inwards like a bay, making the waterfront very sheltered, and slopes gently upwards from the shore making it very favourable for development purposes (compared to other land plots on the island).
Standing at any point on the land, you can look out across the open Thai gulf - at night the lights of Chumphon city can be seen in the distance. The water runs from shallow (reefs and sand) to deeper, within 20-50 metres from the land and is a world-renowned location for diving.
