I have a mobile Home in Largo, Fl. that I need to sell ASAP. 14X48 with screened in lanai. Extra storage room built onto Lanai for washer and dryer. We have also put an 8X10 new storage shed in the back yard. Home is almost completely redone on the inside with new wood flooring in kitchen, living room, and hall. New lighting in kitchen. New ceiling fans in kitchen, both bedrooms, and lanai. New hot water heater bought in the past two months. New fixtures in Kitchen and bath tub. New tub surround in bath. New range hood. I will be taking my kitchen appliances; however I will be putting a refrigerator and range back in the home. New dishwasher will stay with the home. Home is fully financeable. Home is in a five star mobile home park - gated community with two Olympic style pools, hot tub, community club house, and work out facility. Great neighborhood and neighbors and all the free oranges, limes, grapefruits that you can pick right on the lot. We have never had any problems here. Safe environment and pet friendly. We had the home listed for $17,000 which is less than we paid, however jobs have moved and we need to sell the place by the end ASAP so we have reduced the price to $10,000. This is an all-age park. You must be able to pass credit and background check; however they tell me if your credit would have to be really bad to be turned down. They are more concerned with the background check.
