** Researched the price in my vacinity on my tour for pics. The flats in front are in range of 16 Lac (Pak Rs.) for 2-room on ground floor and 13-14Lac (Pak. Rs.) for single room on first floor.***

My price demands are as following:

1. 2-room with roof top = Rs. 12 Lac
2. 1-room with roof top = Rs. 7.5 Lac
3. 2-room without rooftop = Rs. 10 Lac
4. 1-room without rooftop = Rs. 7 Lac

I have a total of 6 flats in the heart of Murree, back of Cecil Hotel. These flats are brand new and never been used since they were constructed. For families who spend summer in hilly areas. Location is next to the main bus stand, with all the grocery/market at 5 mint walk and a straight path leads from flats to main Mall Road.

One is a complete unit, that consist of 4 flats in total. 2 are two-room and 2 are single room, with attached bath, roof top with beautiful scenery.

The other 2 flats are also in the same lane, in the next unit. both single room with attached bath, but the roof top is not owned by us.

These flats are my personal property, and i am not working through any dealer at this time. I am in immediate need of finances therefore selling these flats at a very reasonable price.
