This is a one off house and a one off deal ! We bought this house 20 odd years ago and have loved everything about it, the only way we were leaving was in a wooden box. Every big job that was needed has been done to this house but as we weren't ever going to sell it, Ive took years taking out the woodwork stripping and finishing it and saving nice architectural items. ( I'm an architectural antiques dealer and have a pine stripping and restoration business ).
I'm at the point of decorating and then fixing the woodwork back on for a nice clean look, 95% the hard work has been done but my Dad died suddenly and as my family are American, we have to move back soon to run his business.
Connelly Lodge is an old semi detached coachmans house, in the sought after area of Appley, on it's own private road which has been adopted by the council. With off road parking and a large shed at the top of the driveway ( a next door neighbour has foot access to his property ) and a huge oak gate (that needs re-hanging). A totaly walled / fenced courtyard garden that is sheltered from any wind and gets the sun from morning to evening, a very large patio and two areas for eating breakfast or drinking wine.
So this house is up for sale for the best offer "as is" or with me finishing it or whatever !
