Please buy my condo unit. I bought it 10 years ago and lived in it permanently for two - most of the time since then it has been either unoccupied or borrowed by friends as a base for a fun week or two away. It is ideal for a week's get-away place as it is central to so many places in Malaysia.
The place is in Melaka on the end of a rectangular Condominium block. From the bedroom and living room windows you look out over the ocean, in the other direction are the communal facilities (large swimming pool, gym/training room, kids play area etc.) It is directly above a small shop lot which had/has a general store, groceries and an art shop. To one end of the building is a 24 hour security unit from where the guards control access to the complex and the reserved parking which comes with each condo unit. It is 10 minutes drive from the centre of historical Malacca town.
