There are 2 bulgalows in one building site. The full size of the parcel is 841 square meters. The main bulgalow was built in 1875 (date and builer's name written in the main wooden frame of the house - my grand grand grandpa) and takes 100 squaremeters. There is main corridor when entering the house with lots of windows and light. Kitchen and bathroom are normal size (but rather smaller - compared to the house itself) and 2 separate big rooms + a tile stove. The smaler bungalow was built at the beginning of 19th century. There are two rooms as well here with a beehive oven (traditional oven at the end of 18th century and beginning of 19th century in Hungary)and a free-air chimney and kitchen. This smaller house is real museal piece, but still in a good condition. Both bungalows can be used as they are at the moment, depending on what you are looking for, but if you are looking for a perfect home, then both of them need to be renovated. The garden is split into two pieces: one is a real garden with a drive and the other part was used before to grow chicken, turkey, sheep and pigeons and the belonging building to these activities. Cellar and loft also available. Fruit trees (cherry and soured cherry), bur, rasberries, flowers grow in the garden. Please give me a call if you are interested. Area Information
Totkomlos is a small town having 6700 +/- people living there. Life-pace is rather slower, but you have the possibilities to have still everything there. The small shop is only 100 meter away at the end of the street (but bigger ones also available close). There are a couple of restaurants, there is a nice market (with fresh bio vegetables - grown by the farmers working around Totkomlos + some small chickens, ducks, bunnies can be bought).
