Carclaze road is found on the western side of the thriving market town of St Austell. The town itself caters very well for day to day needs with major high street multiples and the out of town super stores of Asda and Tesco. This south eastern sector of Cornwall is renowned for numerous sites of historical interest and gardens, including the nationally and internationally acclaimed Eden Project which lies only a few miles distant. The charming harbour villages of Charlestown and Mevagissey are also found a very short distance from St Austell.
