There are security lights on the front & side of the house, and over the back door. There is an outside power point & water tap which are useful for washing and cleaning cars. The vegetable garden is very fertile, & the greenhouse, shed, & composter are included in the sale. Mains water, electricity & telephone are connected, & drainage is into a septic tank. We have had a happy time living here because it is comfortable and is surrounded by a wealth of wild life that you do not find in the town.
