Area Information

Wienerwald: right in the forest yet so close to Vienna! Along the A1 motorway a car takes you to Vienna-West (Schönbrunn Castle) in 25 minutes. The house is surrounded by approx. 3,3400 m² land, of which 2,270 m² are building grounds. (If desired, a separate house can be built here, with own connection to the main road.) A lovely brook flows through the estate, crossed by a solid little bridge. Behind this, the terrain slightly rises uphill, with a small plateau halfway. Around the house lies a wide garden. This is completely fenced, and there is also a kennel, in case you have a dog. Behind the brook, the plot turns into grassland, surrounded by mature trees and bushes. From all sides, the house offers garden views, all rooms on the ground floor have outer doors, three of which are double doors. Summers in Wienerwald are wonderful, they can compete with more southern parts of Europe. From spring through autumn, you step straight from the central living area onto the 22 m² balcony, wide enough to hold garden furniture.
