Fabulously restored palazzo padronale overlooking and dominating the Tiber valley stretching below in all its glory. The main house has a very stately exterior yet inside been restored with panache and style to give it some warmth and not at all pompous. The entrance is very appealing as it leads the eye through a beautifully restored and sand blasted arched vaulted hallway towards the impressive stone stair case. This central stairwell leads you up through the whole house as once was.  Each of the hallways on each of the two upper floors are wide and light enhancing the grandeur of this palazzo. All rooms can be found from these wide hallways as you enter through very attractive chestnut doors. The bedrooms are all quite large and light with very simple style of terracotta tiles and beams, all with ensuite bathrooms. These to match are simply and well designed with small square stone tiles of various terracotta hues on walls and showers. In fact the taps, showers etc all tone in perfectly as excellent materials used. This last aspect dominates the house as all materials used are of excellent quality. On the second floor there is a lovely large yet cosy lounge with it huge stone fireplace to retire to in the winter.

The reception rooms on the left as you enter the main door are very dramatic with striking stone floors and under floor heating. The first room is a huge dining room complete with its central arch. Through this you can find a very impressive fully fitted kitchen complete with grandiose range cooker, lovely central island with sink sunk in the black marble work surfaces. There is a huge stone sink with window above and the whole ambient is just crying out for some major culinary activity, as this area all links to outside terracing etc it is an ideal house for entertaining and or renting.  To the side you will find the suggestive covered loggia which would be superb for those candle lit suppers outside. To use even in the cooler seasons as could easily be heated into a cosy atmosphere. With the view of Monte Santa Maria in the background under the setting sun it would be difficult to find a more suggestive position.

The exterior of this property has a garden terraced on the side of the view and large gravelled car park alongside. These terraces some of them with terracotta tiles lead you down to the pool with its vista !!! Certainly it would not be too difficult to spend enormous amounts of time there mesmerized by all that beauty !

There is a second outbuilding in the form of an unrestored tobacco tower just awaiting similar make over to the main house.
