Area Information |
| Bussière Poitevine is just a small town, with under a thousand permanent residents, but it has a good collection of local shops which include that most French of delights, a first class boulangerie where you can treat yourself to freshly baked baguettes, croissants and delicious pastries and cakes. Most of your everyday needs are available within the town, as apart from its many small shops, it has bars and some charming restaurants. There is a twice-weekly traditional market too, as well as a larger market held on the 5th of each month. Small hotels and gites are available for holiday rentals. |
