South facing slope in an east-west valley opening into the Columbia River, 7 km north of the international border with the US. The south boundary is the Beaver Creek and the North Boundary is the village of Montrose. The property is suitable for vinyard/winery or can be kept as a private nature reserve. The location of the property is in the lowest elevation of the West Kootenay allowing for fantastic gardening and has the highest mean temperature in the country.
