DETAILED DESCRIPTION:    This splendid villa is seated on Mt. Velis high above the city of Jicin, overlooking the entire region of Bohemian (Czech) Paradise. It was specifically selected for its elevated location to offer luxury + bird’s eye panorama of this legendary area, having its address in Bohemian Paradise capital Jicin. This property is a historical building. Initially it was a large Inn. In the years 2004 -2009 it was vastly restored and updated starting with a brand new roof with new wood work, roof tiles and cooper rain gutters down to restoring the massive sandstone socket including the cellar.
