 Property Description:
This is a very unusual brick built holiday lodge, situated in 40 acres of completely unspoilt woodland. They have two bedrooms, which are situated on the ground floor, both with en-suites. It has a fully fitted large kitchen and dining area, with a staircase off the dining area. The very large lounge, which is situated upstairs, boasts a 6.10m x 6.3m (20’0” x 20’8”) and has double doors opening to sun terrace. The views are absolutely breath taking and have to be seen to be believed. This property is still in the process of being built, so you can add your own spec, within reason.

 Area Description:
North Devon is one of the investment hotspots for property in the UK offering a good return on your investment. Forest Park Lodges is central to the beautiful North Devon area, an ideal hideaway from the hustle and bustle but perfectly located to be within easy reach of any of the attractions afforded by North Devon. The North Devon area is spectacular; unspoilt and offers picturesque towns and villages. Inland the green rolling hills give way to the dramatic vista of Exmoor. On the coast there is the contrast of craggy cliffs and warm rolling sand dunes. The main towns to note are Exeter (Cathedral City), Barnstaple, Bideford, Ilfracombe, Great Torrington, Braunton, South Molton and Tiverton. The main roads are the A39 skirting the coast running northeast to southwest. The A361 running from Barnstaple to Junction 27 of the M5 past South Molton and then 12 miles to Forest Park on B3227 and A377. Off the main A roads hundreds of minor roads criss-cross the county, motoring here is bliss, very little traffic, fabulous views and plenty of places to stop and explore.
