Land is situated in Kravany nad Dunajom, in south-western part of Slovakia, only 50km away from Budapest and 150km from Vienna and Bratislava, directly on the river Danube. Forest (a legal hunting spot), beaches, thermal spas and historical sites can be found in immediate neighborhood of the village.
Land is an ideal building plot for a cottage or a house.
All the infrastructure (water, gas, electricity) can be found at the entrance to the land. It is in a quiet street near the centre of the village, road is newly asphalted.
