Trinquet is built in one of Jijona's oldest streets. The name originated in the middle ages, when a form of hand tennis was played in this street. Because Trinquet lies against a rock slope, it has magnificent views of Jijona, the environment and the Mediterranean Sea. During summer, a soft breeze cools the street. In front of the house, parking space is available. A central staircase gives access to 9 rooms in total. Trinquet has a bathroom with toilet, a big kitchen, a living room and at least 5 bedrooms. Fifteen years ago, this house was completely renovated by modern standards for that time. The house can be lived in immediately and without any problem. Water and electricity are connected and a phone line can be arranged for within 5 working days. Immediately behind the entrance of Trinquet lies a bathroom with a toilet, a bidet, a sink and a bath. At the back of the entrance hall, a door accesses a room that is used by the owner as a storage room. This room however, is big enough to be used as a guestroom or a sixth bedroom. Left back in the hall, stone stairs connect the rooms in the front and in the back of the house with each other. The four backrooms are all half a floor level above the front rooms.
