Fully automatic VAILLANT (eco TEC plus) gas condensate boiler with combined (heating & solar battery) ) and 250L hot water boiler.  Underfloor heating in all living rooms, bathrooms and corridors.  Radiators with Easy-Vent air supply system in all bedrooms.  All rooms are centrally heated including basement rooms.Very economical gas usage – 4390 cubic metres to heat 465 sq.m at 20C in living rooms and 17C medium temperature in basement rooms over 12 months between 01/01/2010 and 31/12/2010.

ELECTRICITY

Three phase 40A.  Separate switchboards in each living area and it’s possible to install a separate electric meter.  There is earthing and lead down lightning screen

WATER

From water well with 11 well-curbs and a water cleaning system (KAMG and KWS)

SEWERAGE

Local ECO septic with drainage.  Extra sewerage and water output can be obtained from city connection which is 70m away.

VENTILATION

Every room have its own natural ventilation system i.e. not central
