TSC “RPK Grupa” offers to purchase 100% capital shares of the agricultural enterprise “Aizkalni” at Bauskas district. The basic activity of company - animal production, cereals and other agricultural produce cultivating.
The basic activity of company - dairy-farming, animal production (pig-breeding, bovine animals);
Company owns 160 ha of farm lands, 50 ha of forest;
Company take on lease 150 ha of farm lands (term of lease agreement – 2012 year, the term of an agreement could be prolonged)

dairy cows – for 40
heifers within calf - for 22
young stock – for 20
beef cattle – for 10
sows - for27
feedlot pigs – for 173
Company has following buildings:
1. Administrative / living building (with utilities)
2. Renovated cow house (for 40 dairy cows):
1) Stand of cows (pipe of milking, house of milk, transporter of droppings, drinking places)
2) Closed outhouse of feed with telferi
3) cellar of vegetables
4) Closed storehouse of dry droppings
5) storehouse of liquid droppings
6) Subsidiary buildings
7) department of meet processing with refrigerative plant (needs to be decoration made)
Dry-house (newly constructed building) with the department of mixed feed
