Four double bedroom house in the town of Albunol on the Costa Tropical coast of Granada in the South of Spain. The town has a population of 6000 and has many banks, restaurants, tapas bars etc. Albunol is known as the gateway to the Alpujaras Mountains yet is only 5 minutes drive to the costal town of La Rabita. There are numerous beaches to choose from including the beautiful beach of Rijana to the west and the beaches in Adra to the east. There are 3 major airports, Malaga (2 hours), Almeria (50 minutes) and Granada (90 minutes). The house is in good condition and would make a lovely family house or holiday home. We currently rent the house for holiday lets and get 400 euros a week in the high season. For more photos and information please contact us.
Andalucia in the south of Spain which has on average 320 days of sunshine. It also has many fiestas during the summer months which are held in every village, they often include a huge paella (free for everyone). The Spanish take there holidays in July and August and head down to the costas. Albunol and it's beach La Rabita is one of the towns the Spanish head to. The are expats in both Albunol and La Rabita so although being mainly Spanish there are a number of expats.
