The building is situated in the fisherman’s village of “Krapetz”, 20 m away from the coast strip and with the purchase of the property it is also acquired the right of usage of an independent beach. | Krapetz is a small fisherman’s village with ancient history from the XVnth century, situated on the coast of Black Sea, only 10 km north from the city of Shabla, 76 km away from Varna and 4 km away from international road E 87, which goes along the whole Black Sea coast, leading to Durankulak, where it is the exit for Romania, Russia, Ukraine and Moldavia. The city has landed on the sea coast, surrounded by wide wheat fields, vegetable plantations and lakes – natural reserves. The area of Krapetz is ecologically clean, the sea climate and the sea breeze will cool you down during the hot summer evenings. There is a unique for the whole coast 7 km long beach strip between Krapetz and Durankulak. Here you will find virgin sand dunes, a silent and calm sea with soft sand floor and all the other conditions for a real rest. . |
