This includes all bills plus broadband wifi internet,(best speed available in Luton), cable TV, a celular phone (with 100mins per month) and landline with unlimited local calls, cleaner once a fortnight,Three bedroom,two bathroom pool home central modern and new and very well equipped and furnished, townhouse with private terrace and roof terrace with direct access to the pool and garden area, air conditioning throughout, equipped kitchen. all linen, towels, bedding, etc. are provided and with full air-conditioning, an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings throughout,Also has home deliveries of groceries. It has 24 hour 2-man security with porter's lodge, one parking space. Quiet neighbourhood 3 min walk to park with soccer/basketball court and public tennis court. 10 mins walk from large supermarket and various shopping districts.
