Therefore, apart from the capital growth you are also provided with significant rental returns . The developers have a relationship with companies that are specialized in the field of the PROPERTY MANAGEMENT services, and they are partnering with the most professional travel specialists in Bulgaria, to offer you guaranteed rental up to an ANNUAL RETURN OF UPTO 10 % for a highly luxury furnished apartment, depending on the furniture package you choose. It means that you will receive regular payments from the rental income that will be generated by your property. The rental amounts that you will receive for 1 year will be equivalent to 10% of the total amount invested to purchase the property in question. All monthly payments can be paid to you by bank transfer to any Bulgarian or international bank, where you have a bank account. The agreed amount of rent is guaranteed by an official rental contract where the monthly rent paid by the managing company is stated and also the period of time that they will pay the agreed rent (minimum 2 years).
