Beach house with western comforts This house was built in 1998 to suit western nationals. I did not save on building material. There was no damage from the Tsunami. The solidly built construction would last for decades. Lots of money was invested lately to renew the water storage system which is filled continuously from the main line and when needed from our own well. The Kitchen was renovated as well.. All maintenance work has been attended to recently. There is hot water in the bathrooms for showering.The Air cons Fridge and Gas cooker were replaced some months back. Due to personal reasons I would part with this beautiful house and property with tears in my eyes.
