| the house is located in a private housing complex with automated gates on a quiet and leafy road in Lomianki. This is a sought-after area within 2 kilometers of Warsaw, with good transport links to the center of town. (The drive to the nearest metro station takes approximately 10 minutes offpeak, and maximum half an hour in rush hour). Łomianki is well-served with shops, restaurants and a couple of bars, as well as an infirmary, nurseries and primary schools, a post office, police station, gym, pool, etc. There is also a local market five minutes from the house. The area is located extremely close to the Kampinoski national park, which is an area of outstanding natural beauty.
All the neighbors are friendly, polite and well educated, mainly young professional families. There is an inviting feeling of a cheerful community to this development, which may seem like an unusual thing to mention in an advert for a house, but I consider it a factor that makes living here extremely pleasant. It's also a very safe area. |
