Beautiful Beach house, Yachats, OR

About this 2 - Cottage |
This is a beautiful beach house off the Oregon Coast. It has
so much potential it reaks with possibilities. You can get a glimpse of the
ocean from the upstairs window, and if a person were to put a second floor
deck or balcony you could get a much better view of the ocean. It has
city, water, sewer, etc. There is a house kitty-corner from this one that is for sale for $419,000; it is smaller than my house and I do not like it as well. My house is just over 1700 square feet, has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, everything new, the upstairs is a large finished room that could be a recreation room, there is room for a pool table or it could be made into several bedrooms.
Yachats is probably the most desireable beach community on the Oregon coast. Everyone you mention "Yachats" to, they reply that they love Yachats. It is a small community and the beach neighborhoods have been there since the 1920's. Based on the neighboring house that is for sale, I would say I am selling this house at a real bargain price.
Below is a view of my house in Yachats. I am just completing
work on it. The pictures are from before work began. I put on a 40 year
roof, replaced 3 small porches with 3 larger ones, leveled the kitchen
floor, put in a beautiful tile floor and remodeled the kitchen, put in
French drains for to obtain good drainage to the storm drain, new gutters
drains, again going out to the storm drain, elevated the ground on the
east side of the house approximately 5 inches, and beautified the front yard
area.
