I am selling this beautiful lakeside cottage for personal reasons. It has a total of 130m2, 90 m2 downstairs with stunning views over the lake of Inulec, and 40 m2 upstairs - divided into 2 bedrooms. The cottage is over 100 years ago and completely renovated last year (2007). We liquidated one room downstairs to make a gracious and spacious full bathroom and joined up another two rooms to make a very large lounge. All windows have been changed to full size to give splendid views of the lake wherever you are. The garden facing the lake is approx 700m2 - but not fenced. The front garden facing the road is just about to be changed into safe parking. At the moment we use this house as a holiday home and rent it out to various tourists.
Inulec is an easy-to-miss village between Mrągowo and MikoLajki. It is a very popular place in the summer with half of Poland here fishing, swimming etc. The lake is very beautiful whenever you come winter or summer. This is the very heart of Polands Storks! About 30 metres to the lake. Shops about 2 km away as are churches, schools etc.
