The house is situated at the top of the hill overlooking Vela Luka, right on the side of the road. It is a very quiet area, the house is surrounded by greenery and forest.
The house has just been built, it has been in construction for a few years.
About 200 square meters of living space.
The house can be seen as 2 apartments, each with their own sleeping room, kitchen, living room and bathroom. Or you can consider it as one really big house with a spare kitchen and bathroom upstairs. There is a huge underground cellar that remains cool all year round for storing food etc. There is also a detached study in the garden, with a size of about 50 sq meter; it has windows, furniture and even a sink. There is a huge terrace as well, about 60 sq meter in size, facing and overlooking the city.
All the fittings are made from real wood by local craftsmen, i.e. no cheap low quality imports.

A big supermarket is 100 meters away.
The ferry to Split (mainland Croatia) is about 150 meters from the house. The trip itself from Vela Luka to Split take about 2.5 hours.
All documents and papers are in order. All necessary permits have been granted.
The house has: water supply, electricity and gas connections. The house has central heating. There is also a very large water reservoir for rain water.
There are parking space along the street, which are always free. There is a very very big double garage as well.
The reason I am selling the house is because I originally built it expecting my two daughters to live in it as well, however seeing as they have chosen to live elsewhere (one in Zagreb, the other in London), the house is too big for just me and my partner alone, hence the sale. It's a shame since it's just been built, but I suppose my loss is your gain.

Area Information |
| Town of Vela Luka. Very peaceful, rustic environment. People are very friendly. Main spoken language is Croatian, however due to its touristic influence, almost everyone speaks english.
People are friendly. Food is good. Restaurants are cheap. Weather is lovely. It's simply an amazing town. |
