This house is sitting in 1300spure meters of land, It has 4 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 diningroom, 1 livingroom, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, utility room and garage. The house is complete and all peperr work signed by the council but it still needs some work to be done. What needs to be done : - ceiling, kitchen and bedroom cupboards, floors, garage door needs to be replace because it's damaged, durawall and gate and some cosmetic work eg painting still to be done.
