- The basement is close to being finished with Dri-Core on the floor, walls gyprocked and painted and tongue and groove pine in the rec room ceiling. Completion would be doors, flooring, trim, etc.
- The lake has great fishing (bass), boating and skating in the winter.
- This is a beautiful house to which we've put a lot of hard work into. Just from an investment perspective the value of this property will continue to rise. Check into the cost of a lot the equivalent our ours. Look into the price of building a log home (completely finished) the same as ours.
