Situated on 2.45 acres of land and 300 feet of lakefrontage, this South West exposure 5 year old solid white cedar chalet style home is located on Church Lake in Newburne. We are approximately 19 km North of Blockhouse and 20 minutes or so outside of Mahone Bay. Highlights of the home are:

- All windows are by Pella and the flooring is a combination of tile, hardwood and laminate.
- The basement is close to being finished with Dri-Core on the floor, walls gyprocked and painted and tongue and groove pine in the rec room ceiling. Completion would be doors, flooring, trim, etc.
- The lake has great fishing (bass), boating and skating in the winter.
- This is a beautiful house to which we've put a lot of hard work into. Just from an investment perspective the value of this property will continue to rise. Check into the cost of a lot the equivalent our ours. Look into the price of building a log home (completely finished) the same as ours.
