Big family? Need quick links to London but good schools?

We have the home for you!  Three full size beds, 2 with ensuites, 2 single bedrooms that can be easily converted to dressing rooms or home offices, newly installed family bath with white suite, 3 receptions downstairs, WC, double doored entry, large new kitchen from Wickes and separate utility.  A detached double garage makes this one of the largest houses in the Close and with room to expand in the loft your family can grow.  Because I have 5 children myself I've designed the upgrades in this home to be easy upkeep - oak laminate floors, Amtico in the kitchen, berber carpets, neutral colours and gloss finish cabinets in the kitchen so everything is easy for mom.  I even put in a 25cu foot stainless steel American fridge/freezer that I'm selling with the property.  Two bathrooms and the kitchen were remodelled in 2006 and I put in new carpets/flooring in all but 2 rooms (willing to negotiate if you want me to decorate them) and had it professionally painted throughout.  We've already moved to our new digs and have no onward chain so ready and waiting for you and your family!
