| What else about Apple Valley? It is a convenient place to live here in So California. It's close enough to the big city (Los Angles), but far enough away from the noise and traffic. Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios are only approximately 1 hour away. You are close to boating, skiing (both water and snow), horse back riding, off roading, several malls for you shoppers, great restaurants and so forth. The climate here is mostly dry conditions however we do get a bit of rain and a few inches of snow throughout the winter. Apple Valley which is part of what's referred to as the Victor Valley area, is full of early american history with many interesting things to do and places to see! This was the home of Roy Rogers and Dale Evans Homes here are still very affordable compared to other areas in Southern California. All you have to do is compare and you will find this is a great value |
