Description
There is a rail station for goods in the borders of the lots. They are situated near Giurgiu-Rousse Friendship Bridge, Customs Rousse, main road Rousse-Sofia, Rousse-Varna, Rousse-Burgas, Rousse-Bukuresht. The lots are in the close of Duty Free Zone. In mart 2006 it starts building modern infrastructure all necessary things for building a contemporary industrial park. It is started building a factory of French company called Montupet specialized in design and production of aluminium components and a Spain company that manufactures terracotta and granite. Till now the investments in the Industrial Park are about 600 millions euro. They are expected to exceed 2 billion euro.
