Cadiar is a very typical, small, Spanish town set in the middle of the Alpujarras Mountain range at a height of 950mtrs. (3000ft approx)
The area is very popular with walkers and artists and is in the 'heart' of this spectacular region of Andalucia right on the borders of the Sierra Nevada national park.
Just an hour and a half from Granada and 45 mins. from the sea.
Access to Malaga airport is now very good with the opening of more of the coastal motorway which has brought the drive time down to 2hrs with Almeria and Granada/Jaen airports just an hour and a half away.
