This is a holiday home under the four owner scheme. I presently own a quarter share of this villa and am reluctantly having to sell due to emigration pending.
This villa is nestled in a large private, fenced, garden, with own access and parking for 1 car. The site is a privately owned site and has 24 hour security.
The entrance is via the sun deck, which has plenty of room for sun loungers and dining furniture for al fresco living. There is also a plunge pool to enable you to cool off in the heat of the day. Perfect for lazy days, or on returning after a day out. We have even hung a hammock between the posts on the sundeck on occassions.
The main living area is open plan, with a large fully equipped kitchen, dining area and living area. All comfortably furnished. Stereo, tv and cable tv is installed. The vaulted ceilings are high to allow air movement and have overhead fans.
The 3 bedrooms are situated to the rear of the property, all overlooking the tropical garden. All bedrooms are double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. 2 bedrooms have twin beds and the master bedroom has a kingsize bed, and en-suite bathroom. There is a digital safe situated in the master bedroom for locking away your valuables if you feel the need. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. The family bathroom is situated between the other 2 bedrooms.
Both bathrooms have full baths and showers and vanity units. There is a utility cupboard situated on the sundeck which holds a washing machine and tumble dryer, however, a rotary line is also in the garden for drying laundry in the caribbean sun.
Owners also benefit from having their own lockable cupboard so that leaving belongings behind is not a problem, saves on carrying luggage back and forth.
The garden is well maintained and has many tropical flowers, date palm trees, and banana trees which bear fruit frequently and are edible (delicious when fresh).

| The villa community is within a 5 minute walk form the resort of Jolly Harbour, where all amenities are available, from shops, bars, restaurant, sports centre and banks to car hire, golf course and casino. There is also a marina in Jolly Harbour where boat trips are available, or mooring for your own boat if you so wish.
The nearest beach is Jolly Beach, a white sandy beach on the warm caribbean ocean, perfect for family swimming (young children are very safe here).
This is the perfect getaway home in the sun. You have the option of staying at the villa and relaxing, or using the facilities of Jolly Harbour resort, or exploring the island and its 365 beaches.
Antigua has a full international airport so is an ideal base for island hopping around the caribbean. |
