| The cottage is located in an area of Polperro which has been designated an area of outstanding natural beauty, thus preserving the charm that Polperro is renowned for. There is a school, post office, newsagent, chemist, doctor's surgery, bakery, supermarket, off licence, gift shops, pubs and restaurants all within a ten minute walk of the cottage. Liskeard is a 20 minute drive away, and the city of Plymouth is a 40 minute drive. The nearest train station is Looe, which is a branch line from Liskeard, and bus services also keep the village very accessible. |
