This charming character cottage in rural Cornwall was originally built in the 13th century, and still retains some character cottage features including a solid fuel stove. The cottage is situated a mile outside the popular village of Stoke Climsland with its primary school which links in with Callington Community College some 4 miles away. The village has a thriving and active community. The cottage is some 200 metres from the main A388 road which links the A38 to the A30.
