We will build 12 apartments on the beautiful island Panglao in the Philippines.
There will be 2 different kinds of units: 1 bedroom unit of 40 sq.m and 2 bedroom unit of 60 sq.m. All units will have a veranda in the front and a small washing area in the back. There will also be a 4X6m pool, barbecue area and small clubhouse in the garden free to be used by all owners for private parties etc.
A handyman will be employed to take care of the pool, garden and your daily needs.
All units will have a kitchen and 1 bathroom with hot & cold water shower and individual electric/water meter.
The apartments will be built in good standard and quality.
A lot of tourists are looking for places with long term rent, we will provide a service to help you rent out your unit when you don't use it.
During our experience of building houses here in the Philippines we can cut away all middle hands and keep the prices down to a minimum.

The apartments will be located a 5 minute drive from the famous Alona beach with all its restaurants and bars.
