| lovely small quaint village, elementary school, market and post master in walking distance. close to miami university in oxford, ohio. 30min from cincinnati. locatedon st rt 127 which runs through ohio. great antique shop in town and very close to other antiquing. home has city water and natural gas. i have worked very hard to keep the home true to its time, i am only moving due to my multiple sclerosis progressing and the house being too much to clean and the steps have become a problem for me. i am hoping to remain in this area. |
