15 km away from Pula is situated Cveki, a small village who took the name from my relatives.
The old property of my family is here in this peaceful place surrounded from the wood and the vine-yards. It consists in two villas with a total living area of 300 m2 and a land of 4000 m2.
The sea of Duga Uvale is just 5 km away and the little harbour of Krnica is only 7 km from here.
The houses are all made of istrian stone, with very tick walls. One of the villa is composed of two semi-detached buildings, that I will call house A and house B. House A with 80 m2 and house B with 60 m2, both including ground floor, first floor and attic.
In front of house A and B at a distance of 20 m2, there is the other villa with 200 m2.
This was the old kitchen next to the old stable and cellar. On the ground floor a room with 40 m2 and a room with 60 m2, on the lower floor, facing the back yard, a room with 60 m2 and then the attic with 40 m2 but with a low ceiling.The interior of the house needs to be completed.
This an ideal place for those who loves the countryside and the sea and it could be also transformed into a very nice bed & breakfast.
