Sale of a working farm
This farm, which is also a Ltd. for the production of milk, is located a few kilometers outside of Santiago of Compostela.
Well communicated, with all the necessary services.

Approx. 60 Hectares of land, 90% is of good pasture.
There are about 200 cows at present with one of the best genetics for the production of milk, up to about 13.000 liters per cow per year. Several bulls for reproduction. Calves for consumption of meat. Cattle breeding. All cows and bulls are of own rearing.

The Farm is maintained and guarded by a couple who lives in a house of two plants of about 200 m2, which is located in the interior of the property. Besides they have the qualification to inseminate the cows artificially, preventing to hire veterinarians.
