Area Information

Quiet, residential. Clean air. Near to The Paddocks in an award-winning all private development. Every house on this small development is detached with front and back gardens. 3 miles from town centre but a small shop 10 minute walk away. The Grange backs on to farmland on three sides and Annick Water. Very little 'passing traffic', but bus stop and shelter on the Irvine to Stewarton route only a 5-minute walk away.
