| The bungalow sits on a quiet country lane approx 200yds out from the end of Hogsthorpe village towards Chapel st Leonards and only 5 minutes drive to the local sandy beach.A very quiet location with only 10 bungalows, all on our own but not isolated, and with regular hourly bus services from the village going to all areas including Chapel St Leonards,Skegness,Mablethorpe ,Lincoln ,Boston etc and Train connections from Skegness to the Midlands, Grimsby, London, Manchester etc. With fields to front and rear and with unobstucted views as far as Ingoldmells to the South .The local Post Office and general stores is just around 5 minutes walk away . A Quiet Pub at the top of the lane which is one of two Inns in the nearby main village, some also do very good meals. For larger shopping there are stores in Chapel St Leonards which is a 3 minute drive,or Tesco's ,Morrisons etc in nearby Skegness. |
