Genuine Distressed sale – below market value - 3 bed varna – reduced to sell immediately
I am a private seller looking to sell before end of of August 2009.
Aston Lloyd and Partners are currently marketing the completed villa on a number of websites for 155,000 euros.
I have paid £22,000 for the plot of land and infrastructure charges and willing to accept above £17,000 on these costs to a buyer who will take over the remainder of my contract with Aston Lloyd and Partners (see below).
A buyer taking over the contract will need to pay build costs totalling £63,666 payable over 5 instalments over the next 18 months.
