TERRITORY

The land, organic farming managed, consists of approximately + 25 hectares of enclosed meadows (most of them irrigable) + 25 hectares of heath lands, + 250 hectares of woods:  chestnuts, holm/durmast oaks, pines, beeches, acacias, birches etc, of which 50 hectares terrace cultivated of 20-year-old Laricio pines.

Very low local annual taxes.  Occupational property : no wealth tax.  Attractive taxation and possible subsidies for hunting, equestrian (endurance horses suitable), forestry, touristy, cultural or farming activities.
