TERRITORY
The land, organic farming managed, consists of approximately + 25 hectares of enclosed meadows (most of them irrigable) + 25 hectares of heath lands, + 250 hectares of woods: chestnuts, holm/durmast oaks, pines, beeches, acacias, birches etc, of which 50 hectares terrace cultivated of 20-year-old Laricio pines.
Building permits possible close to the hamlet and feasibility of any extension or building for farming, horse breeding, country tourism uses… No rights of public way, private hunting (wild boars, roe-deers, woodcocks, partridges etc.), easy enclosure.
BUILDINGS
