This is a triplex villa built in a 400 square meters. House is circled by gardens; one is very large and there are a lot of fruit and vegetable trees.
House has 4 gardens and the rear garden is the bigger one than others. (The one at left is quite tight and tall) Three sides of house has detached pergoles (which protect from rain in winter and sunshine in summer). Sightseeing is open.
Evergreen area and fresh air allows you to do the outdoors. You can enjoy the third floor to stare at the all area panoramically and it allows you to watch the sunrise and sunset. House is encircled by balconies separated from the gardens.
First floor is about a kitchen, a reception room, and a toilet. Second floor has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and two balconies. Third floor is in construction process (it's planned to have two large rooms)
