The hotel is built in 1999. All the furniture and equipment of the hotel and restaurant are very well maintained. It possesses all building permits, licenses and registrations with state and tourist authorities. Rated a 3 star category – the highest possible for a family hotel.
The hotel is fully operational all year round. Since the end of 2005 it is registered as a “Preferred Hotel Partner” with Bookings.com – one of the most popular online reservation systems worldwide.
At this point it is ranked “Hotel # 1” in the area of Varna (out of 27 hotels) and #4 in Bulgaria, out of 144 hotels, registered on the Bookings website. The occupancy for the last 6 months is over 70%.
