I am sorry if i confused some people with regard to the Bunaglow and business price of 5000 GBP featured on the ad just prior to this one in Negombo Sri Lanka. This site only allows for one price to be displayed in the main pricing box not two! I am offering the properties on lease for a trial period for one year or two maximum for 5000 GBP per year excluding utilities which are usually around 50 GBP month. If at the end of the agreed leasehold period, the leasee wants to buy the bungalow, chalets, salon and business as a going concern, then the asking price is 75.000 GBP freehold. If they decide against purchasing it after the agreed trial period has expired, then they are able to walk away without paying another penny. Hope this explains things.
The property is located on a 22 perch site minutes from the airport, beach and Negomnbo town centre. The bungalow has been totally refurbished and the chalets and salon are new (2005/6) The salon could be rented or turned into a sixth bedroom. My family live in the main bungalow and we rent out the chalet apartments which are fully furnished to foreign tourists. We have IDD Tel/Fax Internet. Satellite TV DVD + Videop Library plus maid service. We will rent by the week month or year and have had rentals every month this year (2008) in one or more chalets.
