Area Information

We have lived here for the past 2 years and the only reason we are selling is due to the fact we have both changed jobs and work in a different area. If we could pick our house up and move we would! The area is ideal for everyone families, elderly, young professionals. There are a ral mix of people that live in the area but everyone is quiet and friendly. We have experienced no problems since living here and are neighbours are so quiet we forget they are there! In terms of amenities we are situated 5 minutes from the main hospital, 2 minutes from the council and 5 minutes from the supermarket, all are within walking distance. Walking into the centre of Truro takes 10 minutes so there really is no need to drive anywhere.
