The village has very good communications with public transportation as train/bus to both south and north of Thailand. There are 2 schools in Huay Yang. En regular thai-school with 609 students. The other school is andra skolan runs by the church and have 2 directions, 1 is pure thai and 1 is an international with multilanguage ren thailändsk och en internationell med multilanguage school teaching which means pure english school teaching in all subjects + you read some thai. The village has 15-20 restaurants, gym, stores, close to several golf courses. Around the village there is today about 400 villas in different resorts with both swedish and norwegian families living there.
