Farm for sale in Thailand, Chiang Mai

 

It is located near Wat Lamphun at Mae Malai in Amphur Mae Daeng. From the main Chiang Mai-Fang Road it's about 1 km to the west. From Mae Sa it's about 10 minutes drive and from Chiang Mai city not more than 20 minutes.

There are a lot of water sources around. The canal that runs past Chiang Mai university and to Hang Dong also runs pst the  the farm. The farm itself has a creek running through it with beautifully clear water and small fish and crabs. On the farm there are 3 bores with the biggest drilled to 100 meters!

There is ample accomodation on the property. There is an old lanna style raised house which is simply beautiful. There is also a single storey house with two bedrooms, both with air conditioning. A living room with air conditioning and satellite tv. A kitchen. Two bathrooms with seated toilets, german hot water heaters and plenty of light. There is also another house in which the staff at the farm sleep. It's basically a big room which doubles as a living room, bathroom and kitchen.


The farm is irrigated and everything works well. The farm or ranch as most people call it is set up to produce rice (both sticky and jasmine), lum yai, mango, katon, shompoo, ma prao, ma bang and fish. There are also quite a lot of another tree which is like a bean and is used in cooking but i'm not sure of the name. There are 3 lakes in total the first measures about 40m x 20m. The second smaller one is about 20m x 15m and another is approximately the same size. There are substantial plantations of golden teak which will be ready for harvesting within the next 5 or so years. Bamboo is in abudance and with a couple of different varieties. There is grazing/pasture land for animals and also fields for any type of vegetable or legume. There is also a big lot of jasmine plants which constantly produce jasmine flowers.

The price includes 2-3 working and perfectly maintained tractors. Grass cutters, water pumps, plough etc, the tools for working on the farm.

There is a huge fiberglass drinking water storage tank and many other vertical cement water holiding tanks around the ranch. There is also a huge man made cement 'lake' which is about 12m x 8m x 5m deep and is connected to the irrigation system and other lakes.

All in all this is a complete bargin.

 

I don't want to sell it ..because it can make a lot of money for the person who buy it. SURE !!
